Skrillex- Scary Monsters and Nice Sprites (Original and Noisia Remix)

Now, I love Skrillex, and you probably noticed that it was my first dubstep blog. This song stood out just like Cinema, and it apparently it stood out to a lot of others, because it's Skrillex's highest viewed video on YouTube. If you haven't listened to it, you probably should. It's catchy, and the drop is phenomenal. It's not really filthy like other tunes, but it's still dubstep.

This is my opinion, but I prefer the Noisia remix of this song just a tad bit more. Noisia has this thing where not only do they remix it, but they take it to the next level, almost. They take the song, and they display some parts, but you can tell that they definitely changed it. SMandNC from Skrillex was cool, but I think that Noisia made the remix.... epic. Don't hate, as it's my opinion, and everyone is entitled to one, but that's how I feel. Search it up on YouTube and tell me how you feel about this, because I would like to have a non-biased, non-rage debate about this.

Ajapai- Incoming (Original and VIP)

It's been five days since I posted something, so I'm going to try to make up for those five days over the rest of the week.

Anyway, Ajapai is one of those smaller groups, but their songs make up for it. Incoming is one of their more popular songs, being featured in Dubstep Dancing Dogs (MikeVega, I believe) and it is pretty good. The original is kind of slow, but it's still dubstep. The intro is one that builds, and the drop? Well, it's like listening to a transformer for 3 minutes. I like the original, but I think that the VIP is where it shines. The VIP is faster, builds bigger at the beginning, and drops even harder. Believe me when I say you will love it so much, you'll probably download it. I know I did.

Skrillex - Cinema

I actually thought that this song what pretty cool. I thought that the beginning seems like it was taking forever to pass, knowing that the lyrics are setting up the drop, and of course, like any other Skrillex song, it dropped like a    B0:55. Of course, n00bs post that comment on YouTube all of the time without knowing the meaning behind it, but if you know why, pat yourself on the back. Anyway, this song stands out from the rest of Skrillex because it went from peaceful to a broken subwoofer, which made me a little excited. However, like most of their songs, it starts to become a bit repetitive, which, at times, can be good, but that alone stood out to me. That doesn't mean it's bad though.

Overall, I liked the song. And if you're an avid dubstep listener, you might like this as well.

Just Starting...

Hey everyone!

I'm starting a new blogspot all about........ Do I even have to say it?

Anyway, I will frequently review new and old songs, and at the same time, try not to make it a biased review. Hopefully, I can touch on a lot of different songs within a lot of different categories of dubstep. Let's just pray this gets bigger!

Some days, I will post a lot, and some others, I won't post anything. High school is kicking my butt, so if I don't post, you'll know why.
